Door Pillar Paint
Guys,
My front driver door pillar started to peel off showing the chrome metal under it. Will the dealer replace the whole pillar (which involves removing many parts) or will they install a new film /cover over the existing pillar?
any other options to repair it?

Yeah just let it be it's not gonna rust under the metal is coated
If you paint it you must protect the whole car from overspray I'd just forget about it

I purchased the very same item linked above. And after seeing the quality and how they would be installed.. I just decided to wait to find either a good replacement or someone to wrap it in piano black wrap..... still waiting.
