Default Oem vehicle parts broken headlight twice

I bought two new headlights from oemvehicleparts and one came broke. The tab was broke. I sent it back and they sent me another one two weeks later and it came broke again.

I'm fed up here. I can't drive my car for over a month now because of this stupid problem.

Can i still use this headlight with a broken tab with no issues? The bodyshop is the one who advised me to take it back as they dont want no responsibility for a loose part if the problem arises. Plus i paid close to $1000 for just one headlight. Ridiculous.

Ya youre ok with using a headlight with a broken tab as long as its not one of the main tabs. If it is the main supporting tabs then I would fix the tab with a high strength epoxy. The body shop should be able to easily repair it, they should have a product called "3m panel bond" or any other bonding agent. Easy repair especially if you have the broken tab, just glue it back on
