Read this thread as there is good information regarding ABS actuator replacement. I'm not sure if the information is dated.

ThePrimary Coverageoffers warranty enhancement until December 31, 2017, regardless of mileage.After the Primary Coverage end, theSecondary Coverageis applicable for 10 years fromthe date of first use, or150,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

Call Lexus corporate and see what they can do for you. tell them it is a known internal brake malfunction and that this is a safety issue. See what they can do for you.

I'm about to call Lexus now. Wish me luck! I took the car to Mavis yesterday and Midas today and neither have confirmed an abs issue. Should I believe Lexus or them?

@DRealist

Were you able to call Lexus Corporate? Did they honor the warranty? Keep us posted

Not yet, they are being very difficult. I will have to consistently harass them. They said since it ended last December that they can't help me.

Lexus is still not budging. I am going to try just being annoying and calling every day. Other than the abs issue, I love the car. It is so smooth and powerful and the guy I got it from kept it in pretty good condition. The only thing that has gone wrong so far is a blown speaker (totally my fault). I will check somewhere and see how much it will be to fix that. I believe it's the one in the middle of the dash near the windshield. Oh and also the hands free calling is iffy. Most of the time it works, but some times the person I am talking to says that I sound staticky and/or sound like I am talking on a walkie talkie. It comes and goes which is really strange. I looked through the paperwork for the car and saw that the guy I got the car from complained of the same issue years ago and that it was supposedly fixed. Not a huge deal, but annoying at times.
