My 2008 GS460 has a non responsive touch screen except in one spot. Irrespective of where you touch the screen it seems to only register on the top right. In the attached photo you can see I touch the bottom left and it registers it at the top right on the calendar button. Naturally it means I can't use it as it doesn't let you get past the "I agree" button
Swap out the digitizer. I had the same issue on my 460 and took the nav out and used a 40 buck digitizer off eBay. Good as new. Then I sold the car lol
