How to install headlight washer cover ?

Hello everyone,

My headlight washer cover has been lost. I tried to order this one for replacement. https://www.banggood.com/Left-Headli...r_warehouse=CN but i don't know how to install it to fit to washer. Could anyone suggest me ?
