Default lexuspartsnow anyone?

Anyone had ordered stuff from Lexuspartsnow.com before?

Was after some stuff and the overseas freight quoted was ridiculous!

Any other OEM Lexus parts sites to recommend?

Cheers!!

Wouldnt the dealer or a local small lexus parts supplier be a better option for you? To avoid freight, customs, and taxes

sadly local lexus do not have them, and not like the US, Lexus is not as common, thus rarity of parts.

I used LexusPartsNow to order a new power folding side mirror actuator. It was nearly $80 cheaper than my local mechanic was charging for the part. The part was brand new and OEM. My only issue was the delay in processing my order after checking out. It took 24hrs to process my order through paypal and another 24-36hrs to ship the part. Otherwise, I’m quite pleased. Will use them again if needed.

Just did a quick bit of research on them, and I can say that I personally wouldn't order from their site based off the reviews. Propulsion seems to have had a pretty good experience, so they might be worth a shot.

Link to the reviews TRD_Power? I was going to make a purchase a little earlier today on some ML speakers (for someone else's vehicle), and I backed out after reading this.

I either use https://www.mylparts.com for OEM parts (use code "CL5" for a 10% forum discount) or i use eBay (Lexus dealerships) for parts.

I just typed "lexuspartsnow.com reviews" into google, and I got several results, ranging from BBB to SiteJabber, There were some good ones out there, but it was still hit or miss.

I recently purchased a few OEM items from Lexuspartsnow to complete my transmission fluid/filter service and I was totally happy with them. Shipped pretty quickly and priced as cheap or cheaper than others I had found. This was about a month ago.

I know this is an old post, but I saw this BBB link and decided not to take a chance. Not because I might lose $20, but because I may be giving some sort of credentials to a bad actor. 2 things: the BBB link on their homepage goes to another website all together. And second they have an F rating.

It would be paypal's fault not the vendor. Paypal send all your info to the vendor.

I bought sway bar bushings from them with no issues.

US Federal law is that the dealers only have to make spare parts for 10 years. After 10 years the dealers offload the spare parts to other companies.

Default Poor Service Experience With These Clowns

I use the Lexus VIN number to search for parts on their website. Two possible items are returned. I contact them them through their rather clunky contact process asking for help in selecting the correct part.

They reply that the VIN I have entered is an "international VIN", that the car was manufactured overseas and that they cannot help me.

I reply that I can use that VIN on their website to lookup parts and it works on lots of other parts websites.

Their response? That they are glad to hear that I have found assistance on other websites. Ugh!

Thank you for reading.
