Hello all,
I creamed one of my tail pipe "extensions" as referred to by Toyota.. The part number 17408-74080, I have ordered two replacements and are on the way. Would anyone know of how to change these out? It appears there is one screw (top) that holds these in place?
Yup its just one screw, you could have installed a pair of oem honda s2000 ap2 tail pipe tips. I have these on my car and they fit very nice, and fill up the rear bumper making it look sporty. Theres a thread I did awhile back on them.
Although I take your word for it, a comparison pic would be awesome.
For some odd reason I cant find my old post where I posted pics of both and showed that you only needed to change the bolt on the ap2 to make them fit. But looking online I found a comparison its in a foreign language but they look like the ap2's on a GS
