I have a 2009 Lexus GS350 and am having trouble identifying a part.

I have attached some photos; I am sure I am just an idiot and the part number is right in front of my face on website somewhere but I am not the best with cars.
I have been searching on -

I also searched "splash guard" and "mudflaps" but that seems to be for the backside of the fender and wheel, this part is on the front or forward side of the wheel
but this looks like for the front fender maybe? I don't seem to see anything that looks like what I am looking for.

 

I have the part numbers at home. I'll get it to you today. It has an odd name that you would have never though of.

I had a word doc listing what side each one is but I can't seem to find it. None of the parts website list L or R. Depending on where you get it, retail is $16 each.
