Default Compatible Wheels for 2006 gs300 AWD

Hi guys. I want to replace my 17” 7 spoke stock wheels and go with the 18” 5 spoke.. not sure if they are compatible with awd system. And I was also looking into the 06 is250 stock 18. I also understand that they are staggered. Wanted to know if that works, and if not I wanted to know if I could go with a set of 18x5 of that type of wheel if I can’t go staggered. I’m not planning on dropping the car, just want to add bigger rims and still look stock. If you know anybody with that setup, could you send me pics with the is250 wheels on a gs. Thx

Yes those wheels are fine to run on an awd. If you plan on running different sized tires from the front to back just make sure to use a tire calculator, because you want to match the height as close as possible to keep the awd system happy.

When I ran staggered ISP wheels and G-Spyder wheels, both 18x8.5 in the rear and 18x8.0 in the front. I ran 255/40/18 in the rears and 225/45/18s in the front. I believe both have the same specs as those ISX50 wheels.

I've also run 18x8.5 square G-Spyder setup with 235/45/18s on them. Now on 2015 GS350 F-sport wheels which I believe are 19x8 with 235/45/19s on them. I have a 2006 AWD GS300.

If you have the choice, I'd go with a square setup because it just makes things easier. Some still say not to use staggered wheels on an AWD, even if the rolling diameter is the same, but I did with for a year, and many others have done so for much longer.
