what are the cylinder locations on a 2010 IS 250 engine?

Cylinder locations? If you're looking straight at it from the front of the car, they are on the left and right side of the engine.

I'm looking for the cylinder numbers...I have a misfire on #3 and #4 and am trying to find out if they're under intake manifold or not. Thanks!
