Welcome to the forum!

Installing these overhead consoles can be a tad tricky, but it is certainly doable if you are careful. I would get a screwdriver (phillips and flathead), a trim removal tool, and a microfiber towel to help prevent damaging the headliner and the plastic trim of the console. Since the console I installed didn't have the Lexus Link system (or whatever it's called), a sunglasses storage bin is in it's place which can be dropped down. Once dropped down, there are two screws that mount the console into the headliner. From there, you want to carefully remove the console from these screws and pull downwards until you can disconnect all of the wiring harnesses.

Seeing as yours does not have the sunglasses holder, there may be screws behind the Lexus Link buttons. Would you mind taking a photo of the backside of the part? I'd like to see how it's setup for mounting.
