I figure that 10 years later, there's gotta be more than 2 products available.
Here is a quick $5 solution! http://madsock.co.za/hack-your-lexus-gs300-2006-2012-and-add-a-3-5mm-aux-audio-input/

So this solution doesn't use Bluetooth but the very trusty old 3.5mm headphone jack and for only $5, you can spend the rest of the money you'll save on something really nice! http://madsock.co.za/hack-your-lexus-gs300-2006-2012-and-add-a-3-5mm-aux-audio-input/

Man! Really spamming it up in here this morning. Thanks for the tip but if you read the thread, I already found a solution. Plus, iPhone's do not have aux inputs anymore so it's pretty useless. I would recommend anyone looking, to go with a bluetooth solution so it will work with a lot more devices than an aux cord.

Can you tell me what 30 pin bluetooth adapter will work for Lexus. I bought one and then found out it isn't compatable with Lexus. I just find any of them that says works with Lexus.

Thanks, if you can help me, that would be really great!

Sorry for the delay,
HERE HERE
is the 30-pin adapter i've been using that has worked pretty well for the price. You will lose steering wheel controls though which sucks.
