Replacement Struts

Hello all,
I'm in the process of ordering OEM Struts for my GS350 AWD. Should I replace any other associated parts, Coil Spring Insulators?

When I replaced my struts (all 4) I didn't replace anything else but it's good to check around while you're at it.

132,000.. No leaking struts but ride is becoming harsh and rough roads are causing some wheel hop.
