can i get a map update for my 2006 gs300se car registered in june2006 the reason i mention this is because the sat nav manual was printed in 2005
also i cannot enter my trunk remotely any help out there please .

I'm not familiar with nav updates, but for your trunk, there is a valet button in the glovebox.

Open your glovebox and make sure that's on the off position first.

yes there is an update available, but i believe you have to go to the dealer to do so. i don't know if any place other than them that can

I bought my last 2 updates on eBay. A lot cheaper than going to the dealer. U might not find the latest update but still worth it in my opinion.

Judging by the attached table, the part number you're looking for is PT219-GEN04-15 (Identification #86271-48245). The final update for this DVD was in 2015.

I second the eBay route for the latest version. Paid $20ish for the 2015 version for my 2008 gs350. Seller name was navdvdsupport.

Thanks for sharing this. Wasn't going to update in my newly purchased 07 GS350 after recently price shopping for nav software updates for our (also new to us) 2011 GX460 and seeing that they cost well over $125+.

But $25 is a different story! Even though I usually use my phone for GPS, I'll probably go ahead and get an update disc for the GS350 from this guy off eBay if it's that cheap.

The disc I got looked exactly like what you get from the dealer down to all the relevant details displayed on the face. That said, i am fairly certain it was burned from an original given the price I paid but it functions perfectly.
