Default rear fenders

Ok, So I got my GS300 lowered on some K-Sport coil overs, and I noticed a rubbing sound cominh from the rear when ever I would hit bump in the road. I checked to see what it could be rubbing. I adjusted the height adjust the dampening and I would stll get the rubbing issue. So i took off the wheel and checked along the inside if the rear quarter to see what the wheel is rubbing on, and notcied there is a bolt and nut that sticks out into the wheel well area, does anybody know what exactly is that bolt holding together? its weird its just a bolt and a nut towards the right center in the wheel well.

Assuming this is the back? Can you take a photo to clarify?

For myself, I'm on 18s and i can get pretty low with no problems.

Same when I was on 20s also. No problems except outter rub (20x11 in the rear).

I'm also bagged too.

If its what I think it is, its a bolt that holds the liner to the car. I drove around dumb low on coils until the liner ripped out (not recommended). It sounds like a "swoosh" type sound when your rubbing right?

these are the location of the 3 nuts and bolts
This is what they look like
Here you can see the scrape marks they leave on my tire
this is the one behind the rear passenger door, don't think this one is the culprit, I think its the middle top one that is digging into the tire when I hit a bump

its a really loud scraping sound, first I thought it was the rubbing on the fender but then I had the fenders rolled and I still heard it, when I finally inspected it thoroughly I found these 3 screws and nuts on the inside of the fender.

Im 90% sure they just hold the fender liner. I'd say drive slower over speed bumps or use a grinder and file them down.

I was lower on 19s but never had those rub until i hit a dip with 500+lbs in the back and the fender liner disappeared...

was thinking to atleast grind them to where the nut ends and see how it goes.
