CD player shows "No CD" message on the screen
Hey guys, My 3GS cd changer shows "no cd" message on the screen, even though I have 6 cds in it and I have been using these cds for months.
Any advise??

My 2008 GS350 had this same problem 3-4 years ago. "No CD" error happened more and more until it only worked 1 out of 10 times. Lexus dealership tech did a tap sequence on the touchscreen that showed a list without data. They said the dash would have to be opened and the module replaced, losing my only copies of 6 favorite CD's. I declined and kept trying to access the player. Eventually it worked again and rescued my CD's when the weather got significantly warmer in the spring, sitting in the sun with all of the windows shut, hopped in and held eject. CD player hasn't worked since. Good luck
