As for preventive maintenance for my 460 I am going to swap out the water pump. Should I swap out anything else while I am doing this?

 

If it was me replacing my water Pump, I will also replace
Water Pump Gasket
Serpentine Belt
Check or replace the thermostat and all its gaskets for in and out
Inspect the radiator tanks for any sign of leaking (top and bottom) as well as replace the hoses upper and lower.
Give the radiator coils a good "refresh"
Completely drain the coolant and put new one by flushing
