Default 2008 GS 460 Questions

[Hey everyone, so I've had my car for almost a month now and I've made a few mods with lighting, plasti dipped emblems and roof wrapping. I used several posting from this site to help me with my mods. I have read several postings about problems I am noticing but cannot seem to find a definite solution. I am wondering if anyone knows what to do about a few things.
1) Illuminated door sill lights not coming on (even when the door light button is on)
2) The sensor for the auto wipers does not seem to function (low and high modes work fine)
3) I converted turn signals to LED but I get the hyperflash going (use resistors or get an LED flasher relay?)
4) I converted DRL to HID to keep my high beam function but they flicker even when used with a resistor/relay (better to just loose high beams and go LED?)
5) Crackling and popping sounds coming from front and back speakers (Mark Levinson audio system)
I have other questions that I'll post as they come to mind thanks for all your help guys.

1. Your wiring is probably wired up wrong or a fuse is blown. You purchased illuminated door sills right? If so check your door's lighting (if it's not lit, its most likely a fuse went blown) If not you'll have to trace your 12V line from the illuminated door sills back to the original source that you tapped off of.

2. I have no idea what could be wrong here. It could be your wiper sensors have gone bad, a blown fuse maybe for the wiper sensors? Or it could be you didnt adjust its sensitivity to pick up rain yet (The adjustments on the wiper's analog stick on the steering wheel).

3. You can either get a resistor, or use the toyota adjustable relay (check ebay, they sell it everywhere).

4. I can most definitely say something is wired wrong. Mine's was working perfectly fine until I turned my DRLs off. Can you PM me how you wired up the relay and resistors and I'll see if I can help?

I have a very thorough write up in the DIY thread in this subforum about using HIDs for your high beams/DRLs.

1. They came already on my car. I didn't notice till recently that they were the ones that are supposed to illuminate. I guess I'll have to pull it apart and see.
2. It also came with a new windshield and I had it looked at by the window repair place that I go to and they said it is the right windshield and it is lined up correctly with the sensor. That leads me to believe it must be the sensor but I was trying to avoid dealership fees.
3. I ordered this
Amazon Amazon
does it matter if it is not adjustable?
4. I took it to a guy that specializes with lights and I am not sure how he had it hooked up. I put the OEM halogen bulbs back in till I can find suitable LED/HID replacement.
thanks for your help!
