Actually I am not positive on fitment! If you have a caliper you can measure yours out, or worst case if buy them and if they dont fit grind down the tabs and epoxy the emblem to the hyundai emblems.

I think they might be 60mm from what I'm reading in the Hyundai forums but not sure, because the back might be a different size from the front. Here is my center cap

If your opening is 2mm smaller and the lexus is larger you might be able to get away with sanding the edges. Like I said worst case if you buy the lexus and it doesnt fit, just grind off the back tabs, sand both surfaces and attach it with epoxy like jb weld on the hyundai caps.
