Hey guys..
So I ran into a weird problem that I'm unsure what the issue is and where to fix.
Few weeks ago I was on low washer fluid and I refilled it and warning light went away. I toggled the stick to use the windshield washer to test it out but only the headlight spray activated and the wipers ran but no spray on the windshield. I thought maybe if I turned off car and restarted it, the problem would be fixed. That wasn't the case.. but a few days later I tested it again and everything worked like it should! But that random fix only lasted a day as the next day and for a couple weeks now it reverted back to only the headlamps sprays working.

Anyone ever have this issue or even know where to start for a fix?

Plain mechanical problem with the windshield spray hose(s): pinched, blocked with debris?
Windshield system has passed more fluid in the life of your car than the headlight branch
and may have deteriorated somewhat.
