Default GROM Vline

Was wondering if anyone here has gotten it or plans on getting it. It seems like the best solution for me since I have a 2006 GS300. I've done some research, but if anyone that has it in a GS specifically a 2006, has any input, that would be great, thanks.

I have had GROM units in my cars since 2012 and have been happy, but I have zero tech knowledge (had to have CarPlay explained to me) so I figured I would ask, and my bad on the release date. I did see they are running a discounted price if you order before December so I might just roll the dice and get it. I was between this and a Navtool, but I'm not even sure if navtool would work with my car and if/when GROM gets the CarPlay feature, at the price they are asking, it seems to be the cheapest and most intuitive way to add navigation. Just waiting to hear back from their Rep.

Just did that chat thing on their website, they said it will not work at all with Non-nav units. Back to the drawing board.

Looks like they made an error on the headline, as both say they fit 2006. The 2004 is an older 2gs, i doubt a system designed for an older radio will fit into a newer gen. 2006-2011 3GS use a similiar radio system thats close to the 3GS 2006. Correct me if i wrong

I don't think it will work on an '06 GS of any model. There is a video port connection missing on the '06 when compared to the unit on the '07+ GS.
PDF document title also states a Gen 5 unit. The '06 has a Gen 4 system.
