I recently upgraded my iPhone 6s to the latest iOS update and my factory Bluetooth (2006 GS AWD w/navigation) started acting up (if I dial from the one touch it won't come up on the phone or vice versa about 50% of the time). Before the latest update, everything worked 100% of the time. Is it because with all of the phone's iOS updates and no firmware updates of the factory Bluetooth in 10+ years they are not compatible now? Any suggestions?

 

Try "forgetting" your car in the bluetooth settings of the phone, and removing your phone from the cars bluetooth list. After you have removed from both spots re-pair the phone and see if that makes any improvement. I have seen this resolve issues for some and only takes a few minutes to try.
