Default Scratched remover

My car got back from Auto Body Shop after 2 weeks. My car got accident 2 months ago and I were on vacation to Spain and Italy.

So, I opened a door and there were scratched underneath the door floor.

Q: What kind of product to remove the scratched without damage the car paint color?

There are several options depending on the severity of the scratch. Do you have any pictures of the damages up close?

if the scratches are deep, the only thing you can do is fill it with touch up paint. You don't want to sand that.
fill the scratch with touchup, then use 91% alcohol to rub away the excess after dry.

your goal for deep scratches, especially ones you can't see under normal circumstances, is rust protection, not aesthetics.

light scratches can be polished out

Works spot on on clear coat scratches. I just used 2500 and 7000 sandpaper as it was working better and quicker for me.
