Default Warranty on Piston Recall

So at 83K miles 2 years ago, my car had the recall done for the oil burning and rough idle. They did the pistons and everything. The car is currently at 117k miles and while there is no rough idle, the oil level is far from the same as it was when it was changed after 2k miles. My question is, how long is the recall work warrantied for, or does it vary from dealer to dealer? While my car is no longer under the original warranty, I'm curious if the fix extends it. Not sure if it matters, but the car has only ever been serviced at the Lexus dealer.

I suggest your first step is to contact the Lexus dealer that did the repairs.

Most likely you do not have a warranty. But if you want to do preventive maintenance you can run seafoam through the intake manifold with the engine hot. Or take it to the dealer and have them do a top engine cleaning.
