I'm not sure if the part above is the right part or maybe this one:

OK I found this page but I have no idea what to make of it.

not sure what the difference is between a parking sensor and parking sonar and dunno if I need a parking retainer.
basically I had to replace my rear bumper and the back up parking warning no longer works.
help greatly appreciated.

Rear sonar sensor for 2005 LS 430 Part number
Lexus has this part priced at $309.57 for each sensor!!!!! Part number 89341-50050-G0 and 89341-50011G2 and two retainers @ $22.96ea. Part no. 89348-50010 These are for the right rear bumper Labor $328.99 $59.99 misc. fees and $72.18 tax
To replace two bad ones on my car they wanted $1,103.26
I don't need parking assist that bad.
