new/used ECM replacement VIN registration
Can anyone tell me with Techstream, it is possible to register VIN to new/used replaced ECM ?
My ECM needed to be replaced and just purchased same year and model ECM and wanted to see if this is possible with Techstream, or do I need to visit the dealer to do this?
