Welcome! I'd like to help but you have to give more info.
1. Is your car AWD or RWD?
2. Are you going to run stretched tires?
3. Fender mods?
4...... etc, etc,
Car is rwd im thinking 19x9.5 +22
19x11 +25? And what tires to go with that, i think im gonna do fender roll
If your gonna do a fender roll I would get bigger rims like say 20's. For tires it depends on your price range. but 245/35/20 front should work and 295/30/20 for rear should work.

Yea kinda leaning towards 20x9, 20x10 but what offset? Drop 1 in maybe cause i live on hill so kinda hard to park without a little scrape iwanna knowoffset so i wouldnt havr to use spacer please and thanks
If you do 20x9 and 20x10 with 1" drop, without fender mods you will need to stay around +40 offset. No need for spacers as that will push your wheels outwards more. If you are in the Seattle area, I'm selling some 20" Work SC-1 wheels for pretty cheap and have springs for a 2" drop.
For RWD, I'd probably run 245/30-20 and 275/30-20. Check my old post for the different wheel and tire specs I've ran without rubbing issues, but my fenders are also rolled.
