Default Parking Brakes

So I had the dealership replace my parking brakes. Previous owner must have drove with it on or something. Everything is working great but I'm not getting a warning light, notification or a buzzing noise when the parking brakes are engage. Is there a fuse or a maybe a harness that runs from the foot pedal?

Check the parking brake switch. It might be unplugged or messed up or in my case was corroded by moisture
