Default Permanently disabling seat belt buzzer in 2007 & 2011

I have been able to disable the seat belt buzzer in both my 2007 and 2011 GS 350. But unfortunately, it doesn't 'stay'. Next time I start the car the buzzer is back.

I used to have a 2009 RX 350 as well as a 2009 ES 350 and I had no problem whatsoever permanently disabling the seat belt buzzer in those two cars.

Any suggestions???

Thanks.

Could you recommend a brand and model of ODB2 that can do it?

Thanks.

Dealer won't remove it. Its a liability on their part.

UPDATE:

The trick I used in the ES 350, as well as in the RX 350 to disable the buzzer also works for both GS 350 I own. What fooled me is that, unless I'm mistaken, in the ES and RX, I never, ever heard the buzzer again. Contrary to the GS where it will chime 5 times at the beginning after starting the car and then never after.

Like I said, I could be wrong, but I seem to remember that in both ES and RX 2009, I never had the buzzer after doing the trick explained at CL.

P.S. It only took me about 10 times and three evenings reading posts before I found out I had succeeded after the first time I tried

I believe the snap on scanners are able to change options. I am not talking about obd2, these are high end scanners that bigger shops have.

Go to a mom and pop mechanic and see if they are able to do it. It doesnt take long!
