I went with Philips Ultinon 6200k and like the crispness of the color and cut off. They were kinda pricey for bulbs, but lasted about 4 years.

 

I currently have a set of Osram Night Breaker Laser. They made a huge difference compared to my 5000K bulbs. Long throws, brighter output and I don't have to turn my driving (everyone calls them fogs lights but that an incorrect term) light on. It outputs a warm white light, closer to factory color.
