Its not a matter of width of the wheels and tires, it's actually the rotational circumference of it.

Use the search next time for answers like these .

Research tires that have matching overall diameter for Front and Rear.

I have a lowered AWD with staggered tires and run 235/35-20 and 275/30-20. Please do your research on lowering an AWD model and offsets of wheels in addition to the width and tire sizes. Good luck.

meaning the wheel from the angle where it rotates, not the width of it. Hope this photo explains it.

Wheel Circumference diagram

like msgs350 said, you need to do research with tires before doing this.

AWD's you have to have the same size outside diameter of the tire front and back. Best way to get this number is look at the manufacturers website and look up the tires detail. You want the same height size off all tires, so when your rolling down the street the front tires dont out spin the rear or vise versa.

overall circumference needs to be the same or very very close to the same. obviously you will not get 100% exact match for a 8.5" wide wheel as you would a 10.5 wheel
