08 GS350 has noise after CHANGED WITH THE new OEM rotor and brake pads.
I changed my front rotor and brake pad with the oem parts last week.
However, it has noise come out everytime when I touch the brake.
Is it normall? Or does it need times for break down?
Or I did something wrong in installing that cost the noise?
Anyone has this expericence?

I changed my rear one before but had no noise issue too.
It's weird.

what noise? squealing ?
I have that on mine when I lightly apply brake. It's probably the shim, but i don't care anymore.
The brake noise serves as a warning to pedestrians

Were they bedded correctly? That might cause a little squealing. Or maybe they to be glazed. If a shop did it then take it back.

I had same problem on my 2008.
Took it back to Lexus dealership after the brake service - they replaced it no questions - something about a defective shim part problem that Lexus was aware of.

The OEM pads don't suck...they are just aggressive, wear faster, and give off more dust. I have had both with new rotors and can say that the car stopped better to me with the hi dust OEM pads but the dust was almost unbearable. So now I have gone back to the low dust pads and they are a lot easier on the rotors as well.
