Default Need help please

New to the forum and I just recently picked up a 08 with mark levinson. Cd player and auxilary doesnt work . Cd loads but doesnt play. Auxilary cord is plugged in but it wont let me go to the aux option.

Check your connections at the amp in the trunk...or it could be a connection behind the radio.

The amp kind of acts like a brain...it senses different input so the radio can work but then the cd/aux might not play. Do you have XM? If it's not the connections then you probably need an amp or head unit then you need a new head unit....sorry

I'd check connections behind the unit or the amp itself. You'll never know if the previous owner had like a vais tech adapter and when pulling out and putting it back in, wires could've been pinched which can lead to malfunction of the unit. I have an 06 that I purchased three months ago and all my connections are fine and dandy. Welcome to the club man... hope you resolve this issue soon.
