rear right caliper seized....

Default rear right caliper seized....

I tried to change my rotor and found out that my rear right caliper is seized. I have 06 gs300 AWD, any way to unseized it? Lower pin that moves that one seized, please help

Try penetrating oil if that doesn't work then blow torch.... personally though I would let a shop take the responsibility. I'm guessing you never got your brakes serviced annually? You better clean and lubricate the rest of them before you have more sticking.

Try and wiggle it back and fourth with leverage if that doesnt loosen it up. Then take off the two bolts, holding the main carrier, undue the brake line.

Place the caliper on the ground and spray wd40 inside the pin and let it sit and penetrate. Then hammer in the pin on the back of the carrier, to force the pin in further to help release the seize. If that doesnt work grab a small propane torch and heat the back of the pin and near the sides for 5min then hit it with the hammer again and that should free the pin. Once the pin is freed grab steel wool then send the pin and then grease both. The pin should float on the carrier.

I just replaced it, bought it online for about $60 remenufractured one, i tried all but couldnt get it off
