Default Possible issues w/2007 gs350

Hope everybody is doing well!!

I have a 07 GS350AWD that just rolled over 80,000 miles. I was wondering other than water pump that goes bad on these cars, do i have anything to look forward to at this mileage. This car has been great to me and (knock on the best wood out there) never gave me any issues or concerns. I'm starting to hear this sound coming from the passenger rear that sounds almost like a strut or something is going bad. I also had some uneven wear on my summer tire and the factory tire that came on the car. Both tires had inner wear on the tires and the other 3 tires are perfectly fine. I plan on taking the car to the dealership soon to get it looked at. I also noticed when i fill my car up with gas it gives me a 265 miles till empty as when i first got the car it was 305 till empty when its full. Been using the same gas from Shell 93 premium. Other than that the car has been great to me and i love it. I keep saying at 99,999 im towing the car to the dealership to trade it in but its been so great to me i dont know if i can get rid of it. I kinda want a 4GS but i really do still love my car. So any issues you guys might of had at this mileage or any ideas about the gas or sound coming from the rear passenger side would be very helpful. As always i appreciate you guys input and help.

Please describe 'sound' in more detail. Also i would go ahead and change tranny fluid as a precautionary measure. Have u had all recalls done?

You can only hear the sound over bumpy roads or uneven roads. You dont hear it hitting a bump or anything like that. You wont hear it driving on the highway or normal speed or even hear it over the radio being on. It's like something is loose. So imagine going slow or coasting and your going over a bumpy road. Every time that wheel travels a little going with the flow of the suspension it sounds like a tapping sound but a little louder. I had a car some years ago that the strut went out and it sounded similar but a lot louder than this sound im hearing. Im sorry if that doesnt help with the description but its the best i can do with people in my office talking about conspiracy theories with the plane missing.

Your MPG must be low to have a computer to report 265 miles til empty.
I would check the spare time to make sure it's tight,
Inner wear probably needs an alignment. But I am confused about you saying "Both tires had inner wear on the tires and the other 3 tires are perfectly fine",
Also check for oil consumption.

What i meant by that was...I have a staggered set up for the summer and then ride the factory in the winter. Chicago winters are no joke!!! But i meant its the same tire on both sets of wheels. The rear passenger tire has the same wear on the inner tire. I also had the alignment done and they couldnt find it out of spec enough to cause that wear. But now that im hearing that sound im thinking that might be the culprit. But thanks i will check those things you told me to check out.
