2007 GS350 Tire replacement
I have a 2007 GS350 and I need a new set of shoes after 34,000 miles on my oem tires Advan A10 Yoko's 245 40/R18 93y.
I live in south florida and my biggest concern is finding a quiet tire.
Would like to have an equal but cheaper tire than the Yoko's as this is a lease car that needs to go back in 10 months.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Chuck

I've done more reading since my post and have decided to go with the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Pilots(245 40/R18's) I need them asap as one of my Yoko's is separating, each tire $270 installed, out the door, tax incl. which I think is reasonable for South Florida.

BTW, unless you are going to keep the car after the lease, why get this tire at this expense?

General Tires As Option
I'm shopping for new tires to replace OEM run flats with conventional all-seasons tires, as my car was originally equipped w/conventional tires, but I got the 18" wheels w/run flats from a GS430, when I purchased my car. Anyhow, I got some estimates from NTB today, & the 2nd recommended tires were those by General. The sales rep said they get a lot of BMW owners who replace the original tires (usually Continental or Bridgestones, I think) with these tires by General. Do you have the Generals on your GS now? If so, do you recommend them?
