Hello all, hopefully could answer me on here. I did a search but could not find out how to delete all the saved info from the pervious owner.

Not just the saved POI's but the call log, the saved Lexus dealers contact info and service histories.

I'm hoping there is a master reset button I keep missing in the menus.

There is a master reset in settings although I can't recall where it basically says reset all info.

 

It should be in your User Settings within the "menu" button or "info" button (not sure exactly as I'm not in my car at the moment). From there it should say "Users" or "user settings" with the option to delete/remove info for up to 3 drivers, and it'll reset/erase all navi info. Hope this helps
