Default How to replace lower running lights GS450h

Need some help on what all I need to remove to get to the rear of the lower running lights (about 2" tall by 5" wide). Autozone had some LED ones, hope they look nice, and work!
Almost looks like the whole wheel well would need taken off?!
TIA

If you're talking about the fogs, then yes, you have to remove at least a few of the fasteners holding the wheel liner in place. It also helps to turn the wheel away from the side you're working on to have better access to that panel.

Yeah sounds like it would be the fog lights. Bottom right light in this pic

The autozone lights look similar to headlight bulbs. It was the same letter/number combination as the other, cheaper options so hoping it will fit.
Remove the wheel well plastic it is then, one of mine is burnt out so need to change em out anyway.

the whole wheel well doesn't have to come off you just need to take out a few screws to gain access. The 3GS FAQ's is your best source for DIY information.

Look for the fog light replacement thread.

Finally did get these replaced with some LED ones - they look GREAT. I don't use the "auto" on my lights now as then the fogs don't run so I keep it ON so I have headlights and fogs running all the time.
Would love to get small LEDs under the headlight like some of the 4th gen have (and audi's etc), anyone know any mods yet?

I know you want to show off your LED fogs, but don't do that. I hate people who run with their headlights on all the time just for people to notice "check out mah LED/ Xenon/HID Kit yall!"

Just save it for the night.

LOL, granted I don't run my headlights during the day BUT some of those people you hate are doing that for safety reasons. It must be working because you noticed them every time.
