Default Coin Cubby hole below the pull down control

Does anybody has problem with the coin cubby latch??? Mine is sticking every time I open the Coin cubby tray. Is there a DIY to fix this?

Thanks.

Mine did that too on my GS, I brought it in and they replaced the whole coin tray for free.

Try grabbing wd40 with a nozzle tip and spray the mechanics of it, then open and close it several times that should help break the goo

Too bad I just about a month out of factory warranty.... and I believe CPO warranty doesn't cover this.
