Default Clicking sound when braking

Hello guys, couple of months ago, I began to hear a clicking sound from the rear as I am braking and this only happens when the car is "cold" and after the initial braking is completed, the noise goes away. I thought something might be loose so re-tighten all the suspension bolts as well as the axle bolt. The sound still persists. Does anyone have any idea on what is causing this?

Have you tried taking off and cleaning and inspecting the brake pads?
