My first post here after just acquiring a new to me 2006 GS300. It seem that the interior lightning is nearly non-existent. Pressed the "Door" button where the interior set of lights are but all I get are the three LED spots from the light cluster. Should there be footwell lighting as well? Entering the vehicle at night seems eerily dark. What to do?

 

I believe so, yes.... The 2006's were unfortunate that they did not get the brighter LED sets. I say this because I compared my lighting to a 07' 450h and the 450h was far FAR brighter. It's one of the things I wished was still normal so I could modify it with custom LEDs.
