What's the best low beam headlight bulb for the Lexus. Should I stick with the oem, or upgrade to 6000k. There are way to many brands on eBay, so I'm just a bit confused. Thanks for any input.

you should go with 9000k, try it cause it will be super cool. LOL

Stick with oem color, but imo oem bulbs are too expensive. I go with some cheap ebay with 4300k.

Are the cheap ones almost the same as oem quality?

It works. I posted this pic awhile ago so here it is again... cheapo vs oem. I'm still waiting for my cheapo to 'die'. So far it's still going. This cheapo is around $30 for the pair.

Chiming in for Garax also. It's probably the only brand UNDER the original OEM (Phillips) bulbs that I would ever purchase again.

I went through 2 sets of cheap 30$ bulbs before I said, "let me stop buying cheap bulbs before they short out my ballasts".

Phillip Ultinon 6000k. Best color and intensity. I changed my OEM after a week of owning the car.

dont go cheap, you'll run into issues and they wont last as long. garax is a nice reasonably priced brand imo

well true no bulb is always better because it cost more but i always see people complaining on here about the cheap bulbs with it going out or buzzing or something strange

^ There shouldn't be anything in these bulbs to buzz. But I know what U mean about them going out. So I'm keeping an eye on mine.

It killed the battery yesterday. I forgot to turn it off after my drive. I don't like to leave them ON when the engine is starting, so I turn them on after and that cause them not turn off automatically. It was ON for about 2hrs and the battery was dead.

Hey guys I just got my bulbs but I'm not sure if this is normal. Should the inner oval bulb be clear? Mine are showing an orange tint on them.
