Disconnected the battery and now windows dont work...

So just got my car back from the shop...windows won't go down...AND...driver side side view mirror doesn't move or won't fold in with button...the right side view moves and folds in...could they have blown a fuse...
I've tried the windows trick...all windows go down and up..light blinks on them...when I try from driver side main panel to control all four...nothing works...any ideas..

windows reprograming
you have to re program by rolling up and down bout four to five times each including sun roof.or untill its auto its own switch
