Default Replaced my GS, it's gone

I think that a lot of you are familiar with the hell that I have been through with my GS...

It's gone. It's official, I no longer own it.

I traded it in at work on this...

Yeah I know, lousy pic. 2010 XF Premium Luxury so it has the 5.0L 385hp engine. I love it. Black metallic over Black interior, ventilated seats, chrome 19s (Not sure if I love the wheels) with 36k. Bought it Thursday from Chase off lease, picked it up friday.

Not a jag fan at all... but the new cars look awesome.

There is a guy in my hood that has a sort of mustang cobra exhaust setup. Headers, Xpipe, mufflers.
Thing sounds amazing. I mean its one of the best V8 sounds Ive heard.

Thanks guys. I just got fed up with the GS. I'm not sorry it's gone.

It may look like a GS a little but god does this thing just dance on the road. I'm in love.

I hope you did not go fom the fire into the frying pan (or whatever that expression is). I don't think those jags are very problem free but, they sure do have an awesome body style.

This is one beautiful looking Jag. Other than that, I hate to tell you, buddy, but you are about to find out what HELL really is. Good luck.

Oh I don't know. Will it blow an engine and then ill have to spend nearly two months trying to get it fixed and fighting the ****** at Lexus to honor their warranty?

Will I have to spend over $4,000 on various warranty covered repairs?

Will I have to complain dozens of times about problems that no dealer can diagnose until 2500 miles past warranty?

This is a very partial list.

So hopefully this jaguar will be the hell that my other jaguars have been. Like my 06 XJ8, that's put me out of pocket for an expansion tank and a piece of vacuum hose. 86k miles.

Or the one before that, my early 04 XJR. It had a problem where it'd stall on the highway. After 3 times what did Jaguar do? Proactively they bought the car back. They didn't want one of their cars on the road in an "unsafe manner". Meanwhile Lexus could give a damn that my mirrors would change position on their own while driving. "It is not what we consider to be a safety issue".

Of course then there's my 95 Vanden Plas. $1,000 or so in out of pocket repairs when sold at 165k.

I like hell

Nice. Good luck man!

BTW, there is a bar in Rothenburg, Germany called "Hell". When it is late, loud people are told to 'go to hell'.
Haha.
