Is there any particular information that you are looking for?
I have a 2010 GS 350 with the Nav/ML package (I just bought it ~ 2 months ago). and it is exactly what I expected it to be - based on my experience with the nav. in a 2001 GS 430 that I had many years ago. It is just a bit faster, cleaned up, and more integrated nav. suite than their older vehicles. I always liked their interface (over Mercedes, Land Rover). The ML system, however, leaves me wanting...
I thought for many yeas that an integrated nav. was a 'must' in my next car(s), but I don't know how necessary it is since I have an Android phone now... The car's nav just can't compete with the phone's data connection (granted, I don't pay for the Lexus Enform suite - traffic, concierge service, etc).
Since I stream bluetooth audio from my phone, it always directs the navigation cues to the car's audio system, which was really the only feature I really missed prior to BT.
If you want any particular screenshots of the 2010 Nav, I'll be happy to take/post them for you.

Thanks for your comments.
Was really wondering if any technical issues and opinion on the Navigation features.
How many miles on your 2010? I am looking at trading my GS 350 2008 rear wheel drive no Nav 50K mi for a 2010 AWD with Nav 20K mi.
Pictures would be nice.
Thanks.

Coming from an 07 IS250, having to plug in my phone every time I got in the car, finding a case/cord that will match so I didn't have to remove the case completely, I don't think I will be able to live without the BT streaming. I only remove my phone from my pocket to charge it or to change the station on Pandora.
As far as the overall Navigation, I don't use it much. I just use my phone and it comes through the speakers like stated previously. I do not have Enform or XM to mess with the XM weather or traffic, so I cannot comment on that.
