Well yes if painted same color, but black would be different. Haven't seen anyone paint it black on silver.

Why would you bother painting an unpainted but black plastic section of the bumper, black?
Surely painting it silver is the only answer?

I decided to paint it, and if I don't like it, I'm gonna black vinyl that part.

Why not vinyl it first, if you don't like it then just peel it out.

i agree with whitena, vinyl it first. if it looks bad, you can always peel it out and go back to stock look without the cost of having to repaint.

imho tho, to get the look you are going for doesn't make sense unless you plan on doing some serious mods like adding jdm bodykit. you should save your money and save up for a jdm kit (new or used). it will look lot better. 2 cents

So I painted the bottom part of the bumper black and I must say its looks a lot better painted. I will post up pics tomorrow as it was raining and nighttime.

I wanted to wrap mine with carbon fiber to match my spoiler, but still wondering how it would look. Maybe your picture will help me decide.
