Continuously leaking means the leak is current.

I checked my service record. I had a coolant flush performed at 50K miles.
That may have helped preventing the leak.
Knock on woods.

If yes, it should be covered until 75K miles. Dealer should know that. Why do have to call?

Water pump is covered under power train warranty. Damage caused by water pump failure isn't regardless if you had the ability or knowledge to prevent it.
The 4th gen GS doesn't have a low coolant warning? That's not silly, that's idiotic. IMO anyone who has one of these cars and is past 60k should change their water pump, if you don't you could end up totaling your car.

Lexus has my service records. If they deny my claims, I will fight them all the way.
Just like the timing belt. If the timing belt breaks and causes the valves bent, they should be covered.

I read the EW agreement. The engine broke down because of the water pump failure should be covered because the water pump is a covered component. Unless Lexus believes engine failure due to overheating caused by "lack of or improper maintenance", "not maintaining proper levels of coolants, oils, and/or lubricants".

The car actually acted like it lost a timing chain, all of a sudden there was a rattle and then BOOM! No power and the car stalled, the temp gauge was RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE while this happened.
I'm convinced that I had a catastrophic failure of the water pump seal or bearing and that the car was blowing out coolant underneath it at a very rapid rate.
Here's what the end result was:
They saved $3,750 or so in labor.
I didn't buy a 2013 GS350 and ordered a Jaguar.
My brother didn't get another RX and got a Grand Cherokee.
My then girlfriend didn't replace her GX and got a Q7 TDI.
None of us will likely ever buy a Toyota or Lexus product again. Ever. I cant speak with certainty about anyone else but I will NEVER buy another Lexus, and on top of that anyone who asks gets the story. My girlfriend in particular was outraged, probably angrier than I was. She's also a television reporter and I wanted to put this behind me but she wanted to do a story on it. In hindsight I should have, but oh well.
Spoke to a friend of mine who is a bit of a big shot with Audi, had this happened to an Audi there would have been no questions asked, I'd have had the car fixed for no charge and probably within a week, not 7.
As far as lack of maintaining the car goes, that's a load of crap. My car gets oil changes with synthetic every 3k and I use Toyota/Lexus filters. I change my coolant annually, I changed my plugs at 50k, I change air filters every 10-15k, and every fluid in the drivetrain has already been changed way ahead of schedule.
If my whining and carrying on saves someone else from being victimized by a combination of lousy quality, poor design and lack of accountability then I'm happy.
