The throttle controller will not make the car any faster, and regarding the exhaust, you'll be hard pressed to find any appreciable gain, even with K&N or other free-er flowing air filter.
The F-Sport filter would be an option, but Lexus don't suggest it as suitable for the 300 engine, only the 350/450h and 430/460.
So that would indicate there's not enough ignition timing to allow for more air, which then means the engine will be running lean, thereby increasing temperatures.
Unless you can data log the AFR with a filter installed, then you'd be safer to accept the 300 is not going to give an increase in power, so all you'll be achieving is a change in exhaust note.

your better off calling apexi as no one here will probably know if they made a typo or not.

id have to side with boron on this one. for the money you are going to spend on the throttle controller, it wont make that much of a difference and imo i would just save the money

While the Apexi or Blitz will not make the car any faster at the top end, it sure makes it more responsive on the low end and more fun to drive. That's got to be worth some $$.

The throttle is more sensitive to the touch off the line. The car is faster off the line because you are giving it more throttle. Feels like it has more power but it is just a reaction to it getting more gas sooner. Similar to driving other cars in Sport mode except no change to steering or suspension.
