I just noticed 2'" long x 1/2" wide areas of rust bubbles forming on the rear quarter panels right along the edges of both rear wheel well openings (at 10:00 left side and 2:00 right side)! Has anyone else experienced this happening? Any suggestions before I go to the dealer? My '07 GS is garage kept (Chicago) and has just over 38k miles. Thanks!

 

pics would really help if you get a chance. are you positive its rust?

if it is rust, it may only be surface rust at this point which would be much easier to fix.

 

If it is more than surface rust... the corrosion warranty will take care of it. Check your in-service date and the manual. It outlines everything there. Don't know if it changed year by year.
