What insert? I have looked at that pic like a where's Waldo book and can't find the running light. No Waldo either.

Could you be more specific?

Ditto.....I wonder if the OP means the surround on the fog light unit?
If so, then that'll be part of the JP bumper, or an additional purchase and fit only that bumper.
If it's not that, then I'm at a loss as to what else is on show in that picture.
Maybe the wrong picture has been selected and linked?

Yes, the fog light surround. So that part is specific to a new bumper? I thought that it was an insert that would fit into the stock bumper... that's not correct? Thanks again.

Different bumper altogether. You could probably go to a good car audio shop that does fiberglass and they could glass a pair for you. I've gone that route before.
